Revisions Update!

I have finished my first pass through The Witch's Eye addressing Rockstar's notes. It went really well, extremely well, too well? Was it too easy? Do I just, simply stated, have absolutely no idea what I'm doing?

Very possible.

Going to let them sit for a couple of days (okay, prolly like two since I'm sitting around with this cold from hell and absolutely nothing to do but read and write) before I got back through - notes in hand - and make sure I've hit all my notes to the best of my ability.

In other news, Banish is still in the works. I've been doing a lot of research and I think I'm starting to get the feel for this story, the world-building especially. It's something that needs to be pitch-perfect. The research has been fun but it's not something I can read at night before bed...if I want to sleep. Speaking of which, if you'd like a good real life scare, I recommend The Dark Sacrament by David Kiely and Christina McKenna and The Demonologist by Gerard Brittle, about the controversial demon-hunters Ed and Lorraine Warren (of Amityville Horror fame.) Both are creepy as hell (heh) whether you believe in the existence of preternatural evil or not.

I'm going to chug some Nyquil and go back to bed now. 'Night, 'night.
