Well, I guess it was inevitable. I'm starting a label for appearances and events. Out and About.I want you to know that when I say this in my head, I'm suddenly Canadian: "oooot and a-boooot."
Yeah. Anyway, I'll be at two events tomorrow. First, the YA in Bloom event at Vroman's Bookstore in Pasadena (695 E. Colorado Blvd.) presented by Bridge to Books. It's a luncheon bringing together YA authors, bloggers, libraries and fans. Pretty cool, right? I'll be an official "author in attendance" along with Nancy Holder, Cindy Pon, Katie Alender, Marie Lu and Andrew Smith, just to name a few. POSSESS swag will be included in all the gift bags and an ARC or two of POSSESS will be up for raffle!After that, I'll be flying down the 405 (note irony in this statement) to the Save Bookstores! event at Children's Book World, sponsored by the Los Angeles Children's Lit Authors Chapter. A huge number of authors will be there from 3:30-6:30pm, followed by drinks at Steingarten across the street. So come on out, buy a book or five and grab a drink with me!
